Lumidia seems decent and hospitable enough. She even extends a hand and an offer of friendship right before the big fight. It's just a show for Apollo and the crowd. And after it's all over, Rocky is given the mike and gives a speech to the all-Russkie crowd who is now pumping their fists in the air and chanting for him, rather than the home team.

Despite her husband getting not only a brutal pummeling... even Lumidia is moved by the Italian Stallion's words.
